anybody has this experience new drum c3220 7625a001aa
drum box label has chinese character "中文字"
i ordered from internet ,i ordered before. (two or three times no problem before),they said shipping from warehouse (PA.)

Maybe just 1 or 2 out of the lot may have issues. Did u change only the black drum?

yes, only black drum replacement
it's the develop leak
i used my old drum print at least 400 copies nothing wrong

last post magenta drum , replace new magenta drum nothing wrong
it's my copier problem , i did not know why

Try to buy parts written GENUINE on their packages!
Its a faulty drum unit!
