    Make sure the internal delivery rubber rollers are not mush

    Check the Fixing motor connector_?

    If paper is arching over that sensor on fuser guide plate , u have an issue that will stop rollers from turning.
    Check / fix motor connection and /or motor.

    Also make sure the front door on fix unit is closing properly.
    Engage gear could be issue.

      When the machine attempts to make a printout, the malf
      unction of the fixing drive motor occurring after the
      initial rotation prevents the fixing roller from rotating, and the paper delivery stops before the fixing roller,
      leading to JAM (0107

      <Factory Measure>

      We will modify points where the adhesive is applied to lock the screws supporting the fixing drive motor, so as
      to prevent it from staining the motor damper

      Service Work:
      When the above symptom occurs, use

      [BEFORE CORRECTION: the clock driver]

      [AFTER CORRECTION: the Precision Screwdriver]

      to remove the adhesive staining the motor damper.
