iPF 8000s black misaligned

Hi all...

I having this problem for quite some time now, only black color is misaligned (it is a 8 color printer) other colors are fine. It is a vertical misaligment. Printer cannot complete auto or manual head adjustment. I have already replaced printheads, cariage and flat cable, main board is tested on a other printer so it is working fine. I am realy stumped with this problem. When printing unidirectional, vertical lines look better but not as sharp as other colors.scan.pdf

Left head has issues and need to be replaced.

If the head is new and is showing this problem after a short time than you need to inspect purge unit and carefully check tubing from end to end for any leak.

Thanks for reply, I have raplaced purge unit from a working printer this morning still no result...tubes dont have leeks that i can see, only thing that I didnt raplaced is toner tank unit. Can this unit have leaks inside that can couse presure loss in tubes?

The chances are that by replacing print head (with a NEW one) you will solve the problem.

The printhead now present in printer is a third NEW printhead that I have replaced since problem started, so I have ruled out printhead.

Are you using OEM ink ?

Soory for not posting but I was on vacation, and my problem was waiting for me. Recently we have started using non OEM ink. Im sending a pic of container. I contacted the manufacturer and he says that the ink cannot be the cause of the problem.
