Hi All

Please can you assist? I have an iRC1028 printing issue. It is set up as an A4 printer, but from time to time a L TR job is sent to print and it stops all other prints as we need to cheat the machine to LTR. my question is has anybody found a work around for this short fall?

go to the RUI - log-in as System admin - on the left "Add. Functions" - Settings - Printer Settings - you must activate this settings: "Paper Size Override"

You find this on the User Manual:

Paper of the size selected in the printer Driver might not be loaded in any of the machine's Paper drawers. If this setting is enabled, the machine will automatically substitute paper of an available size for the missing paper, as shown in the table below.
