[Error Code] E025-0100

I had a client use a iR adv 9075 pro this has display the error code E025-0100 , when restart machine this become normal . After print out about 1000 page the code display again.

Tomorrow i will Bring a color hopper & toner motor !

Is there any info for this error code ?

Make sure that they did not install wrong toner into machine....9000 series is GPR 32 and 7000 series is GPR 33. Not interchangable

I had make sure this is not toner type problem , because i already change other new toner !
