    ir5070 remote access

    I have an ir5070 in the field that cannot be accessed remotely with the IP address. The function is turned on. Any ideas?

      Does it print?
      Reload system software, RUI may be corrupt, or not loaded

          Turn off Virus protection.

          Test with laptop.
          Firmware ver,_?
