Ir7105 Paper Pick Up Deck Issue

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with the paper pick up for Ir7105.

After replacing the HDD, the copier prompt load paper. Paper was loaded in the Right Deck and i can see the paper has been lifted. However, the machine didnt detect the papers.

i did a check on the Sens-Adj and CL-Adj but all was NG

for OP-SENS, the result was all NG for all trays.

The paper was set correctly in the CST.

Wonder is there any additional advise on where to find the fault on?

Before 2-3 months a had the same problem with cst 4.
I had to change paper feed unit because cleaning and changing sensors was not the key.

Check the state of PS22 in I/O Mode, P004-8. PS22 is the Deck Right Paper Sensor which detects the paper in the right deck.

If P004-8 indicates a "1", it is assumed to have paper in the deck
PS22 connects to the DC Controller @ J511.
Try re-seating the J511 connector at the DC Controller.

In Service Mode, check COPIER>OPTION>CST>P-SZ-C1 for Right Deck ,the values should be 6 for A4,15 for B5 or 18 for LTR paper size.
Other values may display there is no paper in the deck.
