canon ir c2050 error005

I have this error and I know is the web fuser but I can't get into service mode, I turned the machine on with the 'additional fuction' key pressed and then I press 2 and 8 at the same time I can't get to service mode, please help

the correct way to get into service mode is to let the machine boot up and to go into error mode, then push the additional functions key and then 2 8 sim additional func. and it should go into service mode. if not then curious if that model has an admin lock out for cutomers then it would be AF 4 9 sim. A F let me know how it goes.
