[Jamming] A1 Perfect Binder problem

Have you seen this issue before?

It wont pass the book to the cutter unit, just stops when exiting the coverpath.

it was waste or an obstruction under the stacking tray.....it has to clear the waste assembly out before it will let a another book enter the trimming assembly.

yep I just installed the update parts for the waste removal to fix the "trimming waste receptacle full message, on a Ricoh with the binder on it.....

Cool, i have 4 on IR7095 canons, same animal different communication (arc net). Did the updates help?
I checked Ricohs site and i didnt find a waste update for the A1 Perfect Binder, i remember seeing something from Canon....bigger bushings and new metal plate?

for the ricoh binder it's TSB D391-027. It's on esource not on tsrc for some reason??????????????? It changes the book press plate and the recieve plate adds a couple mylars and discharge brushes. Unfortunately I thought my issues were resolved but alas they are not. after the last cut before it delivers the trimmings to the waste box it displays trimming waste receptical is full even if it is empty........................

Ive been getting alot of E5B5-8016 codes due to drag on the plates beneath the waste paper buffer



This has helped alot, really good as a lubricant
