finisher f1 f2 of IR5000

    [Misc] finisher f1 f2 of IR5000

    Hi every body
    I have finisher f1 with copier IR5000
    When i make stapple option with 2 paper or more
    First paper out and return backe to stand at stopper
    But 2nd out and didn't return back ... so it staplle one paper and 2nd one out off position
    I chech the paddle soloniod ... it' working good
    Also i clean the paddle..but it's not working
    Please help

      Check the condition of the flapper sensor flag. If the circular flag is worn it can stop the flapper arms at the wrong time and prevent the last page from settling correctly on the stack.

      part number for the sensor flag is: FB4-8430-020. A new dowel pin: XD3-2200-122 is also recommended

              can u post a pic of where issue is happening ?

              does this happen when printing or copying
