code erro E012-0500 en imagePRESS C800

I have a problem with one imagePRESS C800 is the error code is E0012-0500 I reviewed the transfer unit but prints a few leaves and comes out the error code and also leaves calibrate the equipment or the band with trnasferencia (INIT- ITB)

Harnesses from the Drum ITB Driver PCB to the ITB Drive Motor■[Points to note at work] When checking the harness/cable or connector, perform the following work.■
1. Disconnect and then connect the connector to check that there is no bent pin and cable disconnection.■
2. Visually check that the harness is not caught or open circuit.■
3. If there is any error, replace the corresponding harness/cable.■
■
[Remedy] Check/replace the related parts.

please thanks for the help I have reviewed the transfer assembly but at the time of setting INIT- ITB passes without any problem but when wanting to print out the error code again E012-0500


alcanse some more out of this problem
