Working on IR ADV C5030, and set up the email feature for the client. About every 15 minutes the email will not go through for about 2 min. Then back to normal. Using SMTP. Any suggestions? I tripple checked settings and not able to see anything that would point to it. Talked with the email hosting co. They dont have any restrictions or interval that would match that. They also have ricoh c3001 and that one is OK. Help please!
