Where did u get this printer from ???

First check your P PRINT to see if RUI was loaded into printer/ or if
Print a Copy Service Report, or Firmware Version, or P-Print

1) Go into Service Mode
2) Hit Function

3) Hit Misc-P
4) Hit P-Print
5) Hit OK



Check under > Additional Functions Key>System Settings>Remote UI>Remote UI> is it set to "ON" ?

Error :
When trying to connect to the RUI using a web browser, the browser displays the
message "RUI Content Not Found". Workaround :
The correct version of RUI firmware must be flashed onto the copier. A specific
version of the RUIfirmware is required for each individual version of system software
(MN-CONT Firmware) for each specific copier model. The correct version of the RUI
firmware to be used with your current version of MN-CONT software can be found on
that system software version's System Software CD.
To correct this problem:
1. Flash the copier with the correct version of RUI firmware.
2. Be sure to enable HTTP and RUI on the copier.
3. Be sure to enable "Dedicated Port" on the copier.

Remote UI (User Interface) is pre-installed software in the machine/
some person/tech removed it (uninstalled or did not have check mark on box during firmware install/re-install/

Note: only certain Languages & RUI languages are supported on this series ( JEFIGS)

Check under Additional functions,system settings,Remote UI is turned on. Can you print to the machine?Ping it? Need more info. Yes do firmware for starters. If this is the same as a irc3480, you can flash the machine with a thumb drive via the USB port on the machine
