getting some scratches on the images in solid color background

*scratches looks like a thin knife marks which is very straight

* as mentioned in the FAQ files cleaned the decurl unit but still appearing

For what it is worth, you probably will have a better chance of finding usable answers if you ask here:

That's where all the people with Canon experience are.
While it has been years since I've worked on Canon equipment and I rarely see production machines, I do have a thought that if time permits you may wish to consider.
Based on the coverage in the pictures you shared, if those marks are in the main scan direction there's a tiny chance you may not be using a heavy enough paper or paper setting. It kind of looks like the toner wasn't properly fused to the paper, and broke apart as it exited the machine.
Sorry if that was a stupid waste of time.
