Reboot didn't work. Service called, Opened up the door via cont. panel, install new toner. Problem gone for now.

Solution was found in tech data. PS8 in the black hopper is not changing state when the toner bottle rotates. Problem has been solved by cutting wire ties. The wire harness that causes the problem is FM3-8929-010.

To my surprise I was told that the part has been on backorder since 2013. Can anyone add any color to this? I would like to have a spare harness or a couple new ones. This is the Set on drive Black mount assembly.
I am going to check PC for info about the other colors too.
