[Error Code] Canon iRc2880 with E0025-0000 codes

[foundry]

Arrived at machine with E0025 code in memory as customer cleared code. Sub code of 0001. Removed front connector board and cleaned out magenta sensor.
Sub code of 0001 stopped and sub code of 0000 started. Cleaned out yellow sensor, checked and removed tight tie war for yellow motor. Unable to clear code as it returns upon any color print/copy.
Looking for any kind of assistance. Haven't torn unit down as I am unfamiliar with procedure. I do have a parts machine I can draw parts from but suspect its not a part issue because sub code of 0000 was generated after cleaning and clearing sub code 0001.
I there any Canon technical bulletins for this machine and code?

Check for loose or pinched wires on the (Kit) connector board at J551 and J552.

Error Code E025 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003

The error code occurs because of a lack of toner in the toner buffer assembly. The toner sensor (TS1, 2, 3, 4) is piezoelectric sensor that detects the amount of toner in the toner buffer assembly. If the face plate of this sensor is soiled it can send a false message that there is toner present in the toner buffer when it is empty.

The toner for each color is fed from the toner retainer, via the hopper assembly, to the drum unit. There are two kinds of toner feeding, one is hopper feeding from the toner retainer to the hopper assembly and another is drum feeding from the hopper assembly to the drum unit.
If all is normal, the toner supply motor (M8-M11) rotates clockwise (CW).
If something goes wrong and the motor rotates counterclockwise (CCW), however, the toner supply feed-screw will rotate to cause a change in the output of PS3 through PS6 (with the machine assuming malfunction of the toner supply motor).

To execute correct toner feeding, this machine has a toner feed level sensor (PS3-PS6). This sensor detects the sensor flag mounted on the shaft of the feed screw. This sensor flag executes reciprocating movement by the drive of the toner feed motor. It is the structure that the toner feed screw rotates and the specific amount of toner is fed to the drum unit when the sensor flag moves back and forth once.

At the time of the toner feeding, the DC controller monitors this sensor while driving the toner feed motor. The toner feed motor is stopped when feeding is completed. By executing this, the toner feeding is correctly implemented.

M8 through M11: Toner feed motor (FM2-5597-000)
PS3 through PS5: Toner feed level sensor (WG8-5772-000)
PS6: Toner feed level sensor for black (FK2-0149-000)

If the Toner feed motors (M8 through M11) can be activated in service mode under PART-CHK, suspect a fault at Toner feed level sensor (PS3 through PS6).

I have had toner get into the yellow toner motor and short it. Had to replace the toner motor
