IR3045 Busy Fax Line

I have a customer with an IR3045 that receives most of their orders via Fax. They have had the copier for 2 years but say they are getting alot of complaints recently that their fax line is always busy. They are still receiving faxes and she says volume hasn't really increased. She is thinking the copier is to blame but I'm not sure how that would be but thought I'd check here to see what you all think. Could the copier be receiving slower therefore taking more time and tying up the line???

Connect desktop fax machine for week or two.If problems persist call line provider.On IR3045 you can't do so much.Try with different data rate (9600/14400/33600). Replace fax cable.
