Hi all..i have a irac2025 i log in as administer but the network and counter (123) buttons are grayed out so unabke to print out counter or network list..any ideas???

I've had this myself not long ago, racking my brain to remember what it was. Is it limited functions mode ?

U mean network settings are grayed out. ?

Settings / Registration > Management Settings > Device Management > Limited Functions Mode

anything else grayed out ?

are any Options in the Fax Menu are Grayed Out ?

Settings / Registration button, are all or any item listed greyed out ===
if so > change AFN-PSWD from 1 to 0


PLAIN paper SET . This is a requirement to enable PRINT LIST

Hi nothing else seems to be grayed out...plain paper set...no fax in machine..scan info fine aswell..just the 123 print list and network list

try and reset to default/ even if already set this way
log in as System Manager then change

System Manager ID is "7654321" and Password is "7654321"

Is it no paper in tray for counter report.

Sorry all...no paper loaded...lot on at moment!!!! Very embarrassing!!!! Thanks for all replys im off to sit in a very dark cave!!!!!
