Fax Prefix

Is there some where in the service menu / web interface where a fax prefix can be set? Some of our users are saying that a printer is prefixing all fax jobs with an 8, and this needs to be removed, but I cant see anything in the menus..

Normally you would add a prefix to get the machine to access an outside line thru a PABX system.

What model?

I have always added the prefix manually, they are saying the MFP adds the prefix for them.. One of the models they are using is a iR-ADV 6255.
