    iR 5075

    Hi

    I have a problem with ir5075n. See a att.

    Upper 1/3 of page a have some light area. Print and copy give same result. I'm not sure where is problem. I suspect: Drum, dev or pre-charge corona. Thanks on help.

    Test paper delivery direction ??

    rear side ?
    front lead edge ?

      Direction is from left side. Paper from deck2 A4. Device have 1,5M copies. Last time all coronas and dev is replaced when device meter have cca 1.2M copies. Also drum cleaner is changed before 200k copies. Duplex printing gives same result from both side. Paper is Double A 80g.

        So looking at a portrait document, it's the side edges

                  U need to adjust the primary corona wire screwdriver always this happen with me also you can go to servicd mode function develop raise the decrease the value from 180 to 135 and the next one put it -20 and check the copy if any changes happen .

                      Make sure your hands\fingers are "Oil Free" on corona wire replacement.
