Canon Ir 3035 Delay Jam 010A

Hello friends,
I have a customer with a canon Ir3035 thats jamming when making duplex copies.
The jam code is 010A sensor PS4A.
Can anyone shade some light on this jam.
Dont seem to see any thing in the paper path.

010A Jam only While Duplexing.
jam can be caused by the tab on the second delivery flapper being damaged or broken, preventing the flapper from operating correctly. The part number for the flapper is FC5-1003-040.

Thanks much Teckat, for the information, but its not the tabs I have checked it out and its not damage or broken.
What else can possibly cause this jam?

Remove the black rubber dampers in behind the flapper......they cause it to stick

Does it jam every time or intermittently? Delivery to inner tray/finisher or right side delivery?All paper sources and sizes? Is paper registered properly? I have seen cases where plain paper(20 lb.) is registered as heavy,causing it to curl massively(especially this time of year with high humidity here) after printing the first side. The curl causes it to jam when reversing to do the 2nd side. Something to look at...
