I have 2 identical C9075's with booklet finisher. On one of them, paper started spitting out slanted, sideways, and won't stack properly. After a few sheets come out and the unit continues to spit out prints, it makes a huge mess. Tech claimed it was the finisher and have been waiting over 2 months for a new one. Now, my second C9075 is doing the same thing. I sincerely doubt I have 2 bad finishers. Each of these machines have around 1 mil clicks.
From what it appears, the paper is supposed to come out of the finisher and go under the 3 clips, but it isn't doing that. Sheets get stacked on top causing subsequent sheets to get inserted in between the previous ones or push them into all sorts of directions.
A second tech said it might be a firmware issue, but he has updated the firmware on both machines and the problem is still there.
Any ideas?
