My customer has a C2880 that was printing just fine until they moved. You can ping it but nothing will print out. Everything is set up just like before, using same router and everything but nothing prints, we've tried new ethernet cable and the board the cable plugs into. Is there something else we should try?

Also, this copier just has UFRII, what would be involved in adding PCL to it?

Can u see printer in RUI _?
Type IP address into browser menu bar.

Hook up a Laptop to printer to check.

If everything is set up like before maybe it's just shake too much during transit.At the and you can try with re-seat all connectors.
