Look's like a copy to me and not a print.

Probably bias problem.Arcing on drum or developer.

Replace the spacers( may be yellow) in the developing unit.

Look at the pattern interval. It would probably be the diameter of the drum. Snakeskin pattern happens if the development bias leaks to the drum earth.

The drum does not colect charge in those time instances.

it probably either the spacer bearing crack or it stars to jam or sometime it voltage leaks.
