Customer is getting a conformation page( tx report) when they scan to an email, they want the conformation page when they fax out but not when they scan to email. They say this just started happening, Is there a way to stop the scan tx report and keep the tx report on faxes. if I cancel the tx report,in the addt functions menu it cancels both places PLEASE LET ME KNOW

The imageRUNNER 2525 series does NOT have different settings for FAX and USEND confirmation reports.
There is only one setting for the confirmation report that applies to all send and fax jobs.

For this model series there is only one parameter for a transmission report which encompasses every send operation which includes Fax, Email and Scan to File.-------------Additional Functions > Report Settings > Settings > TX report.

Note:
With that being said, if turned off for USEND; FAX TX will also be turned off.

What do you make of them saying that it use to, not give a report on scans, but it did on faxes, do you think they are lying and or mistaken???
