We are working on a brand new out of the box C2230 and have Workflow Composer set up on the machine as well as Workflow Composer Editor set up on the local client machine.
The machine is equipped with the direct print option.
Configuring a very simple workflow, scan the document, send the image to an e-mail address and print a copy.
The scan to email works fine, but the printing option does not.
Important to note that when running the workflow, the scan icon is shown but the print icon has an X going through it. 3 different calls to canon and no resolution as of yet. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have been told that Workflow Composer is a scan only application on the C2230 but cannot find any information on it?
