[Misc] Ir adv 6255 (not waking up from sleep mode)

IR ADV 6255
MACHINE IS NOT WAKING UP FROM SLEEP MODE ,every time when its goes to sleep we have switch off and switch on to use machine

*updated the firmware to latest MN con 18.02 but no use still in the same condition
looking for some suggestion

hi change the Main Control Board and it will works .since a week happened same problem with me i debut in the power supply first then i realized its the Main Board i changed it and it works normally

Try & remove/clean/ re-seat RAM Dimms on MN-CON1
or
Replacement of Right Support 24V Supply==FC9-5007-000

the weird thing that the machine is brand new and it just work 13000 copies and i changed the main conrtol and it works must be some updates to this or dont know the reason if any one know i will be thankful

NOTE:

You may just have some poor connections into that board/
did / are you able test removed board on another printer to create the issue

Yes i tried the part on another machine and it works then after a few hrs made same problem really weird its a brand new machine must be some bulltin for this issue

Replaced the full power supply(swapped from another working machine)but still not resolved

Try inspection and re-seating all components on the controller


if applies

turn "off" the option "Reject SNMP Packets While in Sleep Mode
Settings Registration > Network > SNMP Settings > Reject SNMP Packets While in Sleep Mode. [ on / off ]



set "Sleep Mode Energy Use" to "low"

Did you Set a Time for the Device to Automatically Exit Sleep Mode
