We clean the patch sensor as mentioned in service manual but no result the come again after few print.
In service manual that mentioned also to shorten the interval of cleaning maintenance.

Periodic service is done, in principle, every 250,000 sheets if possible

Shorten the interval of cleaning maintenance./ means to try and work with customer & schedule a
Periodic service call before issues may appear ( try and discover what customer is printing , as in heavy coverage of toner on paper ______/ keeping good parts replacement records by printer/ don't wait until something craps out

    How old M Drum ?

Try Performing PT-LPADJ for the issue.
This is found in Service Mode, under COPIER>FUNCTION>MISC-P>PT-LPADJ

    E020-0281
was indicated every time after few copies had been made.

    Workaround :
Check the P-B-P-Y/M/C/K readings under COPIER > DISPLAY > DENS.
    Readings are typically between 300 - 650.

In this case the reading P-B-P for Magenta was at 88 indicating the light quantity value detected for Magenta drum ground during ATR control is below the appropriate value.
Replacing Drum patch Sensor PS117 (FK2-2713-000) resolved the issue in the field.

You have other checks to perform / other than just cleaning ATR
    E020-0x81
    COPIER > Display > DENS > P-B-P-Y/M/C/K is less than 150
    -Soil on the ATR sensor
    -Faulty pressure for developing assembly
    -Broken wire of ATR sensor
    -Damaged ATR sensor
-Malfunction of ATR patch detection shutter
