Title say's it all ...
I go to the counter via the menu and they are all on "0"...

And what about all the other counters? DRBL-1, LF and so on?

Are the counters that are showing 101 the usual ones and someone hasn't set some random numbers in the list that could never be used like A4 only machine and someone used the A3 counters so on screen it looked liked nothing had ever been printed.

What does it say in the remote user interface?

If the other counters like DRBL-1 and LF are counting up i would say there is something drastically wrong with main board so swop the machine out quick before the customer realizes and takes full advantage of it.

Unplug board connections
