Test faxes sent from our office print OK. Several other sources print a few lines of the fax on each page, so that many more pages are printed than what should be. Has anyone seen this problem before. Just took over this machine. Drum was replaced right before we took it over (we didn't replace it, the last company did). Seem to recall a similar problem on another older Canon, something to do with resetting the drum counter?
