The right hand side doors may be warped, the part indicated in the picture engages the feed/sep pressure and may not be applying enough force.

I looked on the Canon website for you. One person had this problem and his bypass worked also. They were asking him to activate motors and try moter driver board which he did with no sucess. Here is his reply after he fixed it.
"i replaced the two motors behind the waste toner bottle FK2-0820-00 FK2-3475 was causing that problem, also make sure to check the fuse FU2102 and the connector J2102 for your 24v on the Motor driver pcb it was missing when i cheked"

Don't know if that helps any but a strange problem indeed. My first thoughts were if a tech was doing something else before this happened?

sir dan thank you indeed i think the motor did not activate. i will concentrate now on motor board and check all the stuff there. its standby machine for 1 year. i found some traces of staple wire in upper motor parts maybe that's the reason a short circuit happened. anyway i will try to request parts to test. (to isolatethe problem) can i swap and test the motor board of ir5570? and motor also? its the same from ir5055 no any problem might happen?
              thanks much sir.

That I don't know. If they look exactly the same they usually are. Some of the canon boards have part numbers on them. I know some parts are interchangeable and some are not on those models. If you have part number manuals you could look and see. My boss is able to log on to Canon and see what parts are common to all machines but I can not do that. If that fuse is blown and you replace it and it blows again you need to find out what is causing (shorting) it. I know there is a toner motor that takes out a control board on one of those machines but it throws a code. Some of the fuses are hard wired in but you can take one off another board and replace them, they look like small resistors. I am not sure where that fuse is the guy mentioned.
