I am having a problem with remote UI dropping off line when trying to us it. It seems to happen when trying to change settings. I have several units doing the same thing any ideas on what is going on. thank you

You may want to unplug it and ping it. See if there is another ip address conflict. More people are bring tablets and phones to work and I have found two that grab the IP address of the copier. One was a samsung tablet and the other the lady installed thermostats on her cooling system so she could control the temp in her building from a smart phone or other device on the internet.

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed, there was issues with some of the older versions and the RUI

Sorry, I realize this is an old thread, but I'm having the same issue with my personal iR1023iF. Is there anyone here who could share their copy of the latest system software for this model? I can reciprocate in one fashion or another, been in this business for a long time.
