hello people

anyone know this machine inside & out?

silly tech accidentally put the yellow ink into the gloss black slot & black into yellow - now no matter what you put into those two slots, the machine says "non genuine inks installed" and won't do shit

enter maintenance mode, check inks, scroll to either black or yellow, it shows manufacturer, size, volume, and ink shows as being 0% new chips, reset chips, it matters not

i have the service/parts manual & the adjustment program, but the parts manual section is crap, no part numbers

at a guess i'd imagine BOARD ASSEMBLY SUB;B replacement

anyone seen this? any pointers very much appreciated

never had that problem.. sounds like you will have to purge the lines using fresh carts... how the hell did that confused on the inks? it's right the on the door and holder area.
