Epson TM-C7500G label printer. This machine turns on and just keeps going through the cleaning process and with not stop. We have changed the waste box because it needed changing but that did not help.

I am new to Epson Colorworks printers and have sold a similar CW-C6000A to good results with little practical experience.
The C7500G is more than twice the cost because it uses a Memjet single pass print head.
Have you tried calling Epson Tech support 1(800)463-7766?
In the print driver under Printer Utilities, their is the Print Head cleaning sub menu. -

I think the nozzles are clogged. First Try to desable the nozzle check in the printer setting or in the menu of the printer. The printer checks the number of nozzles that are clogged and if the number is above, it triggers cleanings until it goes down. the technician can do an ink recharge with a specific software otherwise it will be a replacement of the print head and/or the pump. (sorry for the translation)
