Customer gets replace the ink tank error but because of the error cant get the cover open because none of the buttons will respond..due to the error. How do you get around this ie. service mode?

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it....
and
if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
