Envelopes C1070

Any suggestions for getting envelopes to print correctly? We are getting a double image use the envelope fuser.

The machine could be running too fast. Did you select the proper media type?

The envelope fuser only has 4 paper weight settings and I have tried all of them.

I have had this issue before
for a workaround I had to lower the fuser temp 5-10 deg and rotate env 180 deg to print on end of env I believe there is a spring kit to put more pressure on fuser rollers. I see this when printing black on 20lb bond and envelops good luck
