C253 - User Authentication window in Windows 7 not popping up

We've recently updated to Windows 7 & the user authentication pop-up working properly. It shows up on the task bar, but the window is no longer "popping up" in front of the open windows. (If you miss the icon on the task bar, it just looks like the print function is non-responsive.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Yes we do, it just isn't popping up like it did in XP.

Driver properties, settings, check the POP up box. If your still not getting the popups it may be a popup blocker issue. Emujo

This is a windows issue, nothing to do with the konica driver. If you search "windows 7 new windows open in background" in google, you'll see lots of pages with people reporting that same issue (although not with a printer driver). Some of them have registry edits which would fix the issue. I personally would explain to the customer that it's a windows issue and leave it up to them to fix.
