[Misc] Konica minolta c253 scan to email problem

Scanning function (scan to email) stops working randomly. Has to reboot the printer every time.

Please advise.

copier and printer is working fine

If it works sometimes but not always its most likely a DNS issue. I would turn off IPv6 as I'd bet your not using it, this rules out IPv6 DNS issue.

Have Turned off IPV6 and checked/confirmed the DNS server address.

1st scan goes fine and then start getting error "Failed to complete job ... check Log.

Restart Printer and same error again after sending 1 scan.

Try putting mail server as IP instead of host name. If that works its DNS, if it still doesn't reliable work its not a DNS issue
