Konica C554 v C554e differences

Hi all

Whats the differences between the C554 and C554e series machines?

Can the same print driver be used?

Is there an easy way to copy the address book from the C554 and upload to the C554e?

Differences are minimal. The main difference is the e series does not have a physical numeric keyboard.
The print drivers are the same.
Just use "Pagescope Data Administrator" to move address book from one machine to the other.

an even easier way is using the usb memory backup technique, for config, address book and authentication data.

its explained in the service manual, it does work between non e and e machines I've done it recently. As long as the non e isn't running some stupidly old version of FW it should work no problems.

Yes it is free to use. It has to be downloaded. Once set up all you have to do is send the info from the one machine to the other. It even allows address book swapping between, for example, a C252 and a C360.
