    C6500 Tray5 Dehumidifying Please Wait

    Hi Guys I have a C6500 machine that will not print SRA3 sheets from either tray4 or Tray5, as soon as I send a print request it shows up Tray4 (or 5) Dehumidifying Please Wait and no matter how long you leave it it just stays that way until you cancel, machine runs fine from the 3 trays in the main body Any pointers?? Cheers

      disable the dehumidifier in the User setting mode

          They can take up to 15 minutes to dehumdify to the preset level...if you have waited that long then it looks like your only option is to disable or replace it.

              HI,
              Turn Dipswitch 18-4 to on. This will allow printing whilst the dehumidifier process is occurring.
