[Misc] Bizhub C360 consumable life counter

We have replaced the imaging transfer belt, and drums, prior to them blowing the fuse, but the Counters do not reset. how do you go about resetting the counters, or are you better off just leaving them at 0?

The drum counters clear themselves, the transfer belt needs to be cleared manually. Go into service mode- counter- life- new release. Select transfer belt open the front door and press Start.
They will show 0 when they are cleared.

haven't checked yet - some of the other counters are not indicating an end of life date. wondering if last person didn't install the PPLM life stop firmware. if I check the firmware version, what am I looking for to see if it has been installed?

What is the hex value? F0? is should be 30.

This is the correct softswitch setting for PPLM. And switch 55 should be 00001100. And switch 50 should be 00000001
Hex for switch 51 should F0

Most machine will not show end of life until approx. 30% of life has been used.
