[Misc] EP1083 Start button is non flashing orange, no errors

Hello!

I have an EP1083 that won't copy. The light on the start button is solid orange, and there are no error codes showing. The machine used to have a Copyguard Auditor Plus attached to it, so I'm wondering if it has something to do with that, like it won't let me print since the Copyguard isn't there and the code on it wasn't entered. I have attempted to reset via the back button and have gone through the manual's troubleshooting steps. Any ideas?

Key counter is probably on. I don't know these machine. I think I fixed a bad clutch on one about 12 years ago.
On the old Ricoh analogs i worked on there is a connector with a bridge wire that needs to be there for the Key counter to be disabled. It there was a access device plugged in on the machine the bridge piece needs to be removed.

Can you see where the Copy Guard was connected to.

C-6 must be 0
