Konica Minolta C253 Scan to Email Issue

Scanning function (scan to email) stops working randomly. Has to reboot the printer every time.

Have Turned off IPV6 and checked/confirmed the DNS server address.

1st scan goes fine and then start getting error "Failed to complete job ... check Log.

Restart Printer and same error again after sending 1 scan.

    Please advise.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Mearmi

In the details of the job in the log, does it say login error, server connect error?

If you go one step further by tapping details or something along those lines, it should give you a little more detail. Usually I see Server Conenction Error or Login Error. Maybe a screenshot if you can source one?

After next reboot of mfp, send the first mail to an account, where you can see the mail.
Check the header entrys carefully, name of sender, mailadress of sender and so on.
It seems like the isp is denying relaying.

If your mail not receive the target, you have some mishappen in your sender-data.
Mailadress, accountname, accountpassword, maybe only a miswritten uppercase/downcase mismatch will
          stop your email soon.
Itsme@Gmail.com is not differnt from itsme@Gmail.com,
but Password and password or Password and Passwort are realy different.
minor differzies of sender adress can be also possible:
Maybe you have an all select account at your provider.
          But KonicaminoltaC253@yourcompany.com is unknown.
Try a guilty busisiness mali adress from your customer like Info@Yourcompany.com.
Set this adress in Maschine-Mailadress and in Mashine Admin adress.
          Then you will get results.

KonicaMinolta ist at the moment not shure, wich of those two adresses are used for sending Mails, i am also confused.
But using the same adress in both entrys helps a lot.

          greetings peter

                  No, not a solution.

But a packet capture will make it pretty obvious what the problem is if you know how to do it.
