Not much to go on with your description?
Please let me know which scenario below most accurately describes your issue
1) Controller not powering up (no display on IC-408 when turning on)
2) Controller not booting (when turning the IC-408 on the display does not get past "FF")
3) Controller booting but C6501 is not recognising (display is "00" on fiery but "controller" is not highlighted on the C6501)
4) Controller booting ok, controller on C6501 is highlighting but unable to connect fiery to "Command Workstation"?
5) Able to connect the IC-408 to Command Workstation but unable to configure a printer driver.
