    bizhub C253 print head required (A02ER70233 / A02ER70211)

    Hi there,

    Would any UK based engineer have a good (used) or brand new laser for a bizhub C253 (or C203) they want to sell me? I've used my last good one a few months ago, and need another one.

    The original part number was A02ER70211 but I think this is now A02ER70233 ?

      If it just is making noise or the polygon motor is binding, than I had good results by opening the PH and polishing the polygon mirror shaft or replacing it with a used polygon mirror from any other PH even when not from a c-253 but a c-203 or c-353.

          KonicaMinolta in the US has a FOC (free of charge) program going for this part. You can get it for free if you are a dealer.

              Thanks for the replies.

              Its the usual C-4551 error. I'm not a dealer unfortunately.

              Just can't seem to find a source in the UK. :-(

                  From browsing other posts relating to the C455x errors on this range, later firmware seems to allow more time for the polygon mirror motor to spin up, before calling an error.

                  Would anyone have the latest firmware for the bizhub C253? I'm an ex-KM tech, so already have CygWin and the other utils necessary to program. Checked my F/W folder, and the latest F/W I have is FE1 - which is 2009!

                      Emjay, I have a junker BH-C-253 where I can take out one or more PH's. I'm in Germany so shipping to Albion should be no problem.
