When printing ,it tkes too much time. Almost 30 sec for one single page.Is it normal?

Make sure you are using the PCL driver in windows.
If running mac / linux well, you have no choice but PS and performance will not be satisfactory these days compared to a modern machine - it's old, technology has advanced.
If its complex PDF's you can try printing as an image to increase performance but certain documents with fine lines etc will be degraded.Comment
