I am having trouble accesing the service menu to change the copy count from 2 clicks for ledger to a single click. Any help woul be greatly apprecited. Please help first time on this unit

In my country, no customer has a Bizhub 920 without a service contract.
These settings are not in order and I hope, there is no one who can help you.

Changing the copier from double click to single click is only something that should be done after discussing with sales department and your boss. Never single click a machine per a customers request.

My advice is not to change the count per page, or your service contract may be voided.

I actually have a billable customer with a 920 and a 7085. They pay as they go!

Thats insane, I cant imagine how much our company would make if all the schools with 920s changed to billable
