We have a c654 with fiery and the controller has gone offline.The copier has the message turn on the controller but we have had no sucess.We tried rebooting,no joy.I m sure it is something very simple but we can't find it.We can not access any information for the controller.Thank you for any suggestions.

First, try complete disconnection to electricity of all compoennent, MFP, Fiery and Options from Fazi kit.
Also disconnect Networkline.
Start sytem without networkline.
But in some suggestiones, the "press button at the controler" can help a lot.
its to the right side at the back of MFP with a green mark, under the wires.
a small pushbutton, looks like a reset button.
But it is the Powerbutton of a PC-functionality. Pressing once, system starts/restarts,
pressing for more than 5 seconds, System shut down like as from PC knowed.
