Bizhub 36 wont print or copy

the machine comes on and says ready to copy. any jobs you send to print or any documents you go to copy just go into job list and say processing. nothing happens. suspected toner. put new toner in with the same issue. any help is greatly appreciated, nothing in t he service manual on this one.

does the fuser heat up?

Also, check the "life stop setting" in service mode to see if the drum life limit has been reached. I had this happen on a bh423. It's a little different but it sounds EXACTLY like the symptom I had!!

fuser is hot. life stop setting is set to off.
