bizhub C451 regarding document feeder

Hi

I would like to ask if anyone of you have encounter a problem on bizhub c451 when using the feeder the panel always indicated to turn off and then on the machine. But if i go to service mode on ADF and make a free run, it shows no problem and the papers that's on the feeder finished feeding. Any adjustments or settings i should check? Thank you very much.

If the machine is indicating to turn on and off there should be a code generated. Go to service mode and see if the code shows up. If you have to print out a management list and see the codes that have happened. good luck
